REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery date. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Value or refund amount will be determined upon receipt of returned items at our facility. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of product(s) arrival at our facility. Refunds will not include any shipping costs.

Any rewards points associated with the item(s) returned will be deducted from your account upon issuing the determined refund amount. To request a refund, please contact inquiry@luxiouslemon.com

Wrong Address Used

As with all online stores, orders are shipped automatically to the address you have specified as the shipping address when entering your purchase information on our website. If the shipping address entered is later determined to be incorrect, your package may get lost. Luxious Lemon, LLC is not responsible for packages going to an incorrect address due to purchaser oversight or accident during order placement. To prevent such issues, please double-check your address before completing your order – if you find there is a mistake after ordering, message us ASAP (inquiry@luxiouslemon.com) so we can attempt to manually correct the address before it ships.  If we don’t receive a message to change a wrong address in time before the order ships, the package will go to the address originally input, and Luxious Lemon, LLC will not be held responsible for the loss and will not refund or replace the order and/or shipping charges associated with that order. 

Note: You will get an automated email when your package is shipped with your tracking # attached.

Lost Packages

If your order is taking a longer than expected time during the shipping phase, first reference the tracking information link on the automatic email you received from us when we shipped your order.  Please note to check your spam box if you can’t find this email. When you go to this shipping email link in our email; you can check the option through USPS for future order text and or email notifications.  Luxious Lemon, LLC does not have additional access to your package tracking, nor the ability or staffing to locate these missing orders. If your package isn’t appearing or moving within a week of these steps, first please contact the post office as they are the ones currently responsible for the service to deliver your package. 

If it is found/proven that the lost package &/or shipping delay is the fault of Luxious Lemon, LLC (sometimes it happens) we will immediately correct the issue. Customer satisfaction is something we care very much about! Please contact us at inquiry@luxiouslemon.com

Item Not as Described

If you receive your item and it is not what you expected, please re-read the description, check the weight, take a photo of what you received and contact us at inquiry@luxiouslemon.com . We will happily address any questions and fix any problems. If the issue is that you did not read the descriptions, weight, etc., and did not understand what you purchased, we ask you to please take responsibility and understand that we can not accept these as returns at the expense of our business. We are a handmade family-owned business and cannot accept returns the way a large manufacturing company may be able to. If this issue of concern is the fault of our shortcoming at Luxious Lemon, LLC, we will immediately work to correct the issue to your satisfaction (hopefully beyond).

Missing Items

If you are missing an item, we will replace it as soon as possible at no cost to you. We track and record all weights and verified packing slips when shipping, so we can review what was verified with each order shipment. Please take a photo of what you received and contact us at inquiry@luxiouslemon.com . We will check our records and if the weight and packing slip are both correct (verifying we likely did ship all items) we will take the situation on an individual case by case basis.  

Item Arrives Damaged

At Luxious Lemon, LLC, we take extra steps to ensure that all orders are extremely well packaged and protected from damage during shipping. If a package does arrive damaged, please take a photo of all damages and email us at inquiry@luxiouslemon.com – we will work to replace it immediately.

Delivered But Not Received

We use all shipping records to verify if a package was delivered to the correct address – if the order shows confirmation of delivery to the shipping address on the order placed, Luxious Lemon, LLC will not issue any refund(s). However, we reserve the right to take these rare situations on an individual case-by-case basis.  We ask you to search for the package in your area, double-check the shipping address that was recorded at check out, check if the package was delivered to a near-by address, contact your local post office or delivery person – if your package is not located after these steps, then contact us at inquiry@luxiouslemon.com
